 Here is What to Do: 


1. Write a title, any title will do, just keep in mind that this report is about Air Quality.

2. Write something in the description, it might be the description of the condition of the air in your location and how it affects you. Or you can tell us your experiences regards to it.

3. In the categories, choose only ONE which you think may best describe the quality of the air in your location.

4. Finally, fill up the survey and you are already there!
